Complimentary Cake Tasting and Consultations

We invite the bride and groom and two guests to sample our 8 most popular cake and filling selections and to sit down with our consultants who are also cake decorators. They can answer every question regarding flavor, design and pricing.

Cake tasting and consultations are available by appointment on Wednesdays from 10-7, and Saturdays from 10-3.

We have found that 45 minutes to 1 hour is ample time to cover all the details for your cake. Please let us know what is the best day for you and we can arrange a time. We try to accommodate everyone’s schedule, so if you arrive early for your consultation, please be paitent while we finish with other clients. If you are running behind, please understand that your consutltation may be shortened. Please be on time so that we can enjoy the complete experience with you.

What flavors will we taste during our consultation?

We offer Red Velvet, Tira Misu, Meyer Lemon Zest, Chocolate Raspberry Truffle, Country Carrot, Burnt Almond, Creme Brule, Mango Cream and Vanilla & Chocolate Tuxedo.

We also include samples of our delicious frostings

Swiss Vanilla Butter Cream, Bavarian Mousse and our signature one-of-a-kind White Chocolate Fondant. Unlike other fondants you may have tried, ours is truly delicious and unique. We create our fondant with white chocolate and delicious accent flavors of almond, lemon or mocha to create a fondant that is never dried out or heavy, but is rolled thin and melts in your mouth.

Can we request other flavors from your list or make a special request?

Yes, if you schedule your cake tasting at least one week in advance, we can accommodate any of our traditional or specialty cakes for your tasting. Or, for a $15.00 fee, we can bake a special favorite flavor or combinatioon you may have in mind.

What should I bring to my consultation?

We recommend bringing any color swatches you may have, as well as invitations and photos along with your unique imagination.
